"Had a HORRIBLE experience with a sub-standard roofing group - had to have it all torn off and then hired Home Genius who did a superb job - VERY professional, taking good care of property and roofing is absolutely beautiful. They will be putting on my wood paneling with composite so no more painting, mold or replacing. This is a company with PROFESSIONAL ROOFERS who take great pride in delivering top rate service and product. My only regret is that I should have hired them FIRST! I highly recommend them!"

"We had the pleasure of having this young man come out and do a repair on our roof! He did an amazing job. Very professional. Highly recommend. Would definitely hire him again!"

"Everything went very well. We sent Michael pictures of what needed to be done. He gave us a quote. We later asked him to come onsite to firm up the quote, which he did, and the price was the same. He stated he was booked some time out, but said he sometimes has cancellations. He contacted us and stated he indeed had a cancellation, so was able to start the next day. He started the work, even without a deposit, since it was short notice, and we were still away, out of town. We were trying to decide what to do for railing, and had captured quotes from supply companies for replacement aluminum or steel materials, but they seemed high. We asked Michael for his thoughts. He checked a hardware store for us, sent us pictures, and then sent us the part number/SKU's from the store. We paid the store directly, and he picked up the materials. The work is almost done, but all has gone great thus far, and we see no reason why it won't complete with great success."

"We had exterior trim gutters and windows as well as the siding work done by Power Job was completed on time, no extra costs along the project. We were very pleased with the results."

"It went well. They replaced our roof with a new metal roof and new gutters. Looks great!"

"Exceptional service from first contact to quote, and job completion. Everything they told me was completed to superb standards. They didn’t cut corners. Cleanup was impeccable after the job. The roofers were friendly and polite. I would absolutely recommend them and I would use them again if needed."

"Amazing. I had great intuition on Dennis, Joe and Raymond. And wow. They delivered exceptional work! The project had a lot of turns given its age (1920s home) and they were up to task. Dennis was the general contractor that lead the team figuring out the most effective way to handle each “project”. He handled roof extensions, roofing, flashing, crocks for the downspouts, gutters with gutter guards, painting etc. Ray did a great job on siding and all metal work needed. Joe was a great addition to Dennis’s team and was there every day to assist with high quality work. Not only did they do great work, they are just great people. Showed up when asked, delivered until the job was complete (2-3 week job) and can’t say enough how grateful I am for these guys. I will be hiring in the future 💯"

"My husband and I met Jeff Brummitt from Nail It Down Remodeling when he and his crew were installing a GAF roof on our neighbor's home.  We were so impressed with the quality of the product, the professionalism displayed by the crew, the clean up done at the end of each work day and the completed job that we contracted with him for our new roof.  We highly recommend this company for anyone requiring a great job and a great product! "Great work Everything was well done like we asked Would hire agian."

"The project went incredibly well.  The focus was a quality, appropriate renovation/addition on a 1930's federal house in Ann Arbor.  An architect was hired to design an appropriate renewal and replacement inside and out.  It was important that the builder could handle the scale and detail.  We couldn't be happier with the results.
In retrospect I am sure that there is no way that we could have renovated to this standard at this cost with any other builder.  Pete was the perfect choice for our project.  I am veryspecific about the level of quality and detail that I expect and Pete meets my requirements every time.  He does it with a cheerful problem solving attitude that is uncommon in the building trades.  Pete, and any of his co-workers, are a pleasure to have around the house.  He is dependable and extremely honest.
I know that Pete bids large jobs and small jobs.  That makes him somewhat unique as a contractor.  I am sure he brings the same level of workmanship to jobs much smaller than ours. I am equally sure he can manage a big project when contracted to do so.  My main take away is that high quality work at fair prices is rare in the construction field.  Pete’s company occupies a hard to find niche."
