I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"These guys were great! The faucet in my bathtub was dripping and needed to be replaced. Because the fixture was so old, it wouldn't twist off the way it was supposed to. It turned into an all day job. They just kept at it (didn't even take a lunch break) until it was done to my satisfaction. (I’m kinda’ picky.) They even threw in a garbage disposal adjustment and taught me how to maintain it-no charge. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and recommend them to family and friends."

They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater.
