"From the sales rep Duane to the last day of the project, things went GREAT. the CREWS WERE TIMELY, POLITE, CLEAN AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REAL CRAFTSMEN. At the beginning, the sales rep walked the entire property. This was unlike the other companies we called out who looked just at the front. The old tile was removed, nothing on the property was damaged , the old wood was replaced ( even was given a discount on some wood decking ) We even added a modification to the project after it began and that was dealt with .The tile manufacturer even came out to the project to help us pick out the right color tile for our roof. The roof looks GREAT. WE DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY UNTIL after the project, loved that. With all of the bad construction companies out there, this provided us security to know we didn't have to pay until after the project was complete.This company was a pleasure to deal with, they said they were going to do something and they did. "This company did a great job. There were no problems. They were professional in every way. The work was completed about a month after the contract was signed, and in my case was done in one day, although I know two days is the norm. This included removing of old solar heating pipes on the roof, and my decision to install Weatherlock G underlayment throughout the roof rather than in just certain areas especially prone to leaking. The roof has had no leaks or other problems since it was installed and passed the Windstorm Mitigation inspection to allow for lower insurance rates."

"Easy Roofing was very responsive to my initial inquiry and came to visit the house on the very same day that the problem was detected. Upon arriving at the house, they went and investigated the problem and provided me with photo evidence of the issue and were thorough investigating not only the roof, but any potential consequences of the leak in the attic as well. Furthermore, after fixing the initial issue that I called them for, they spotted an issue in the making with the â stink stacksâ in which squirrels had apparently been chewing on the lead boots. They fixed the boots and installed squirrel cages over the top of the stacks to prevent the issue from occurring again in the future. They were very courteous and professional. Since completing the repair, they have followed up to ask if we've had any further leaks or issues with the repair.
