"I needed to have a wall removed in my townhouse to create a large open space. Joe came with his team. They made sure the wall was load bearing, which it wasn't. It was amazing how quickly the wall was removed. That, however, was just the beginning. Once the wall was removed he brought in electricians to make sure that all the outlets that had been in the wall were moved. Then his team repaired the ceiling so there was no sign that a wall had been there. The floor was was oak. He found a floor guy who was able to match the floor where the wall had been. It turned out that the floor required more work because of a slight difference in height between the floor gap and both sides of the floor, which was repaired so as no one would ever know it had been repaired. It was done within the time frame he promised. It looked great!"

When they did a final review of the job which included washing the windows, they found a small defect between the panes in the same “problem “ window. Once again a new window was ordered and replaced. Consequently it took months to finish the job, but I could tell that Grayhawk would not say the job was completed until everyone was satisfied. I would hire them again. Professional and responsive."
