"Charlie and his wife are an amazing team! I had been wanting to replace my 12 year old Samsung that was mounted in our family room. It was old and the mount looked messy with exposed wires behind the set. I called Charlie after reading the great reviews he had received. Charlie is a very friendly guy and was super easy to talk to. He and his wife stopped by 2 days later after wrapping up a job. He and his wife looked at the situation,saw my new tv and blue ray and gave me an extremely fair quote. I told him I would be in touch as soon as we put a new entertainment center up. I text him on a Monday night right before getting hit with a snowstorm. Once the storm passed, Charlie came back to do the work. Charlie and Laurie were super nice. They asked my wife and I questions on where we wanted the set and the exact height we wanted the set hung at on the wall. They got right to work and did a fantastic job of placing everything where we wanted it. They even did a super job of cleaning as they worked. Even when Charlie thought we hit a roadblock inside the wall with a blockage, he found a way to maneuver around it. Charlie was so nice,he even carried my old larger set out to the curb for me.I couldn't do it after having back surgery. I was really impressed. They did great work and set up the settings on the tv for me. Hooked the router for the internet back up and made the wires in the wall look so neat and clean. Exceptional workmanship and were great to talk to. My wife and I spoke to them the whole time which was probably interrupting their work lol,but they kept doing the work while chatting back with us. On top of that, once they left, my Kids wanted to watch an old dvd. Of course I was having a problem and eventually called Charlie for help. He was already at home,but spent a solid 20 minutes on the phone with me trying to guide me thru the issue. After still having problems, Charlie and his wife left their home and came back again. Mind you this was a Sunday evening at 5PM! Charlie remedied the problem in 2 minutes and my Kids were cheering for them as they you watch their dvd lol. I will DEFINITELY have them back for my work in the future. Thanks so much for the great work and for being such great people."

"Link Interactive were very easy to work with on the phone, and very quick to ship us the equipment. It arrived 2 days later and I did the install after reviewing their on-line instructions posted on Link's website. The installation took about 3-4 hours but really was not difficult. We activated the system with Link and everything worked well. After using the system for a couple weeks, we noticed that although the 2Gig control panel worked as advertised, our mid-60's eyes just weren't sharp enough to use the smallish 2Gig panel's touch screen. So although the system worked well, we decided to exchange the 2Gig system and sensors with the newly released Qolsys IQ Panel 2 (also carried by Link) which has a much larger and higher resolution screen. Link Interactive processed the exchange quickly for us and I dismantled the 2 Gig system and shipped it back to Link, and replaced everything with the Qolsys system and sensors. The IQ Panel 2 is an excellent panel that has worked really well with our aging eyes. We have had this system now for 3 months and it has worked flawlessly for us. The added bonus with the new Qolsys IQ Panel 2 is has a built-in 4G cellular chip (rather than the 3G chip in the 2Gig), has wifi for dual-path communication with the alarm monitoring company (Alarm.com) for fail-safe back-up, communication, and a bluetooth module that that will disarm the alarm system when you return home and have your linked bluetooth-equipped smart phone with you. Very cool and convenient when you have your hands full with groceries, etc. Bottom line is that if you have good vision, the 2Gig system is very fine and feature packed. For poorer eyes like ours, we really appreciate the larger, clearer screen the Qolsys system uses. Good choices either way. And the service and help given by Link Interactive staff is excellent, patient and always pleasant. Link's monitoring plans and prices are top-notch too. Count us as very satisfied."

"I am a stickler for punctuality and Jason and his helper were ahead of time. They both respected my home and put shoe coverings on and wore face masks the entire time they were in my home. The diagnosis was brief and on point. I showed them another issue I wanted resolved that I hadn't included in my original service call and there was no problem including it. The repair required a larger area to be opened and Jason offered a fixture he had already to cover. This experience was seamless, stressless and very satisfactory!
