"Right off the bat, Jack and Max (the installers) let my two yappy dogs interrogate them and decide if they were safe to come into my home. They took a few minutes to pet and talk to them which makes for a much quieter and peaceful day. The removal of my old furnace and the installation of the new one was quick, smooth, and done before I expected. Karl had come out and given us a bid previously, he too was interrogated by the dogs, and that was a pleasant experience as well.
