"UPDATE: While the contractor did an ok job with what we had originally worked out, now that the winter has come and gone, I've found more problems with the service. Before the cold temperatures set in, I tried to winterize my sprinkler system. The problem is that the owner's manual is poorly written with no guidance on winterization, and for this particular pump model, the company did not have any resources online to help with the situation either (to be expected if the owner's manual is lacking.) I was able to shut off the water to the sprinklers, and believed I had drained the pump. I tried getting ahold of the contractor to confirm if I had properly winterized the system, but all attempts at contact were unresponsive. In the end, my pump ended up cracking, and now I have to replace the pump. I will not be using this provider again."

"We live in Canada and rent out our house in Panama City Beach. Previously we had the tenant living there do the yard maintenance. The tenant moved out on the first of October and we discovered after they left (by a notice from the city) that they had not done any maintenance for quite some time. Chris from Grass Cutters went by, took pictures, and sent them to us with an excellent price. We gave him the ok, he did the work immediately, sent us the awesome after pictures, let us pay with a credit card and it was a win win. I highly recommend them from our experience and will never call any other company. I wish I could show the pictures, but they were sent to my phone and I deleted them, not thinking I had any need for them. I give them a 10 +++++ !!!"

"Smith Plumbing was very professional, scheduled the appointment, made reminder call before arrival. Assessed the hammer issue and recommended the City check the system prior to any plumbing work. The City repaired the connection at the street and Smith Plumbing came back to repair the water pressure valve on our site of the system. Regarding the leak, arrived that morning, repaired the leak and assessed water damage under the house. All staff knowledgeable, professional and courteous."

"<p>Anthony returned my call promptly requesting an estimate for repair of a stripped fitting on my irrigation system.  His estimate was great and he let me know he'd squeeze the job in in the next day or so.  His crew of 3 showed up and immediately got to work replacing the fitting.  The crew offered to route the irrigation line to a more suitable location for the spigot.  They did this quickly, efficiently and returned the ground and surrounding landscape to near original condition.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Even with the extra work Anthony stood by his original estimate,  Anthony and his crew were very professional and courteous.  I would not hesitate to call them again on any future sprinkler/irrigation needs.  </p> <br />"
