"Extremely unreliable. My small bathroom project took months to complete as they just showed up whenever they wanted to. I decided that I wanted new lights and sent a picture of the ones I was getting and ordered them. Luis had someone come and uninstall lights and then tell me the new ones would work. I ended up then ordering new ones and he has promised to come at least four times in the last two weeks and never has. He now says it is not his job to install lights as he completed his contract. He has stated that it?s not his faults things don?t get done - it?s because his workers don?t pick up the phone. Also you will sign a contact with him and then when project is complete, he will say its more than what was agreed upon. Be careful!
