"At the time we bought our house, we knew we’d need a down-to-the-studs renovation on our kitchen and first floor bathroom. After living with the house for quite some time, we finally decided to move the bathroom, incorporate our mudroom as indoor space, and open up our floor plan. We needed design help, significant structural reinforcement, and soup-to-nuts project management: enter the Curtice Group. Scott drew up great plans, created a manageable budget, and helped us to visualize the space from the start. His team created a temporary kitchen in our living room and went to work while allowing us to keep up with our jobs and manage our small child. The result of the renovation was better than we imagined, on time, and on budget. Scott has a small team with a much wider network of subcontractors that want to work with him, because he pays them well and manages everything precisely. The Curtice Group is not cheap, but you don’t get quality work on the cheap. I can’t recommend this team enough. We couldn’t be happier with their work."

"Highly recommended!! Liam did a wonderful job with my closer repair. The room was gutted to the studs from a water leak and Liam put it back together beautifully. I’m very happy with his craftsmanship and excellent work. He was courteous, professional, and very skilled. I’d highly recommend his services!"

"We recently hired HS General Contracting for multiple indoor and outdoor projects at our home. As always, Humberto's company provided excellent communication and follow up throughout the duration of the project. We highly recommend HS."

"This is the second time we have used MMP Construction for a large-scale renovation and both times, we were thrilled with the results and with the service level. Matt (the owner) is friendly, fair, and quick to communicate. I would (and do!) recommend MMP for any renovation you plan to undertake."

"He worked off architect's drawings and made valuable suggestions based on his experience and our budget.  the roof lines were very complicated and he had a great deal of patience with the building inspectors because they work only on certain days of the week.  his subcontractors were timely and he managed the various changes we requested with his subs.  we receive many compliments on the room.  i would highly recommend him."

"George is absolutely the best contractor we have ever worked with. He is pleasant, professional, detail oriented, a great problem solver and a master at all of his crafts. He provides detailed descriptions and costs of all the work to be done. He and his crew completely gutted the kitchen in our 1890 Victorian home. Because of settling, our floors and ceiling were less than level. George and his crew were brilliant about solving the issue. No more slanted floors and squeaks. He made the installation of the cabinetry look effortless. He also created a much needed laundry room for us. We absolutely love our kitchen. George and his crew are a delight to work with."

"They were so nice and understood our situation right away. We texted with them at ten pm, and they were in western Mass at ten am, and they drove up here in a snowstorm. They worked so quietly and cleanly I hardly knew they were there. They came back first thing the next day and built a whole new closet for our family. They really went above and beyond, and they’re coming back yet again to finish the job. It looks beautiful. The hall looks twice as wide with the new white doors. They deserve the five stars."

"Phil remodeled my whole kitchen. He remolded my bathroom into a new full bath. His workmanship is excellent and his idea and design is good. His price is very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for my next remodel job."

"Excellent. He renovated 2 bathrooms. His work is immaculate. He is easy to work with. He helps you out the best he can. He offers suggestions. Finished product is beautiful."

"The ultimate professional. Great customer service. Perfect planning so there was no down time from one crew to the next. All crew members arrived on time, had great attention to detail, and went above and beyond my expectations. I now have a beautiful, sturdy, home inside and out after major tree damage. It was truly a pleasure working with Jerry and his crew of professionals."
