"Dakota did a fantastic job laying the waterproof vinyl. He was fast, efficient and cleaned up after himself throughout the process. Highly recommend!"

"When I moved to Kentucky from Alabama, my rental had old yellow walls. After speaking with the owner, he allowed me to repaint. I hired Dale, Caleb and their crew. They did an amazing job, and had the enitire home painted beautifully, and ready when the moving truck arrived. They steamed my wood floors at no additional charge. They even came back and helped me unload my furniture! I definitely recommend them. They are trust worthy, impeccable service and quality work. AND they have added EPOXY floors and more to their services!! Top Floors is the ONLY company I will call for my home needs! Thank you Dale."

"The guy who came to my house was very accommodating for my schedule. He did an initial estimate at 6 am before I had to go to work and came back after I got home around 7pm. There were a couple hiccups, but they were not his fault and didn't charge me extra for them."

"Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install We hired Covenant to install a porcelain tile in our bathroom and kitchen. He also assisted in the choosing of grout and tile selection and we are very pleased with the outcome. He was very professional and helpful and also used his contractors discount to purchase the materials for us. We are looking forward to hiring him in the summer to do a deck installation which I have seen pictures of his work and had an opportunity to get a reference from. This guy is awesome. Composite Deck - Build or Replace I was referred to Covenant Contracting Services by my sister in law who had some work done on her house. They recently built a deck for my home and was very professional with their service. We were very impressed by his attention to detail and the need to consult us before doing something. We truly did work together to build the deck to my specifications. I am very glad we choose them for this project which was completed just in time for Memorial Day. The compliments are coming in more and more. Thank you again Covenant for a job well done."

",After interviewing several well-known custom builders (several of whom advertise "custom homes on your lot") we were fortunate to have been given the name Potter House Group.  The President of Potter House Group met with us personally and we presented him with a situation that other custom builders who wanted to charge us up to 50% more than Potter House Group.
Our situation was that lightning struck our custom home and it had to be razed with the exception of the concrete foundation and garage floor. After an initial meeting to review our plans, site, special conditions and consideration for the level of input we desired, Lee calculated an estimate that was realistic, detailed and SIGNIFICANTLY less than the other big name builders we interviewed.
Rebuilding a new custom home in our Township involved a maze of obstacles and required significant expertise in dealing with permits, blueprints, township meetings, neighbors, rules and of course building inspections and sub-contractors.  Lee navigated all the obstacles with expertise and professionalism.
With the help of Potter House Group and its President, Lee M. Rickey, we moved into our home that met more than all of our requirements due to the knowledge and integrity of our builder.  No substandard materials or workmanship was allowed, the process was professionally monitored and we now have the home of our dreams without breaking the bank!
We highly recommend Potter House Group and Lee M. Rickey to anyone interested in honesty, timeliness, quality, professionalism and integrity. You cannot go wrong with Potter House Group and its owner Lee M. Rickey.
