And cracking (I know concrete cracks) this cracking is wider, deeper, more and different than would be expected. I have had other concrete people out to look, and agree it's not right. I have been calling, texting, emailing Noa for 4 months with no response. Just know if you hire him there is no follow through. You're on your own good luck."
