"Pat and his team were very responsive and completed my roof in one day when the rest of the neighborhood took two days. The workers cleaned everything up before leaving and the gutter guys replaced my gutters to my satisfaction. (they even came back and extended a gutter that I wanted) My roof past inspection with out and issues. PRQ were very considerate of my neighbors, even asking them if there was any garbage or complaints they may have. I would use PRQ again if I needed any work done on my house/roof."

The roof replacement wasn't straight forward but Ed Picciano was diligent in pursuing the manufacturer's rep in getting detailed instructions on how to do the roof properly in a manner that would ensure the manufacturer's (GAF) warranty.

The roof had non-soffited eaves and cathedral ceilings so to get proper attic ventilation he had to install the GAF 'Cobra' Intake Pro rooftop vent. This is a relatively new product but it was the ONLY proper way to ventilate the attic without extensive eave re-work.

All through the process Ed kept me appraised of the situation; reassuring us that he would get the job done on budget, on time, and properly. Which he did admirably. Call Climax Roofing-they won't let you down.

"I needed to hire a company to do the roof replacement on my house, that I was selling. From the first phone conversation, I felt at ease and like Brian "cared" about what I needed, and of my concerns. They removed two layers of shingles, down to the wood, they called me a couple of times with "meeting code" issues I had no idea about... so they also corrected venting shortfalls on the roof, with nicer more efficient vents. They pulled off a rotting board and replaced it with a new one on the eaves, and then painted it as well! Having had several conversations with Brian, through the course of all this, and as they progressed, seeing the pictures of the work that had been done, I began to wonder if they couldn't fix the downspouts on the gutters which had, through the years, come loose...YUP, done and DONE, then I needed to fix a window in the master bath and poof, it was fixed including framing, around the outside...better than I could have even imagined! I met Tom Higgins at the Denver Home expo and was very impressed with his industry knowledge.  He was professional and was concerned about what was important to me in residing my house.  I obtained 3 bids for the work and Tom's bid was inline with the other bids.  I decided to go with Tom because of his professionalism, honesty and integrity.  He outlined the process and was very thorough within his presentation.  The bid laid out all of the expectations and didn't leave much up to interpretation.  Compared to the other contractors, I could tell that Tom cared about the way he presented his business, and created clear expectations of the project.  Truth be told he was a little more expensive than the other bids we received, but the confidence that I had in him compared to the other contractors made it an easy decision.  Tom Higgins knows the business inside and out, will put your needs first and cares that the work is done right.
*The work*
The work started precisely within the timeframe that Tom gave us, and there were no surprises along the way.  Within a few days of the delivery of a dumpster, port-o-potty, and the permit work began on the house.  The crew worked very efficiently and had the entire house re-sheathed, wrapped and sided within 1 week.  Tom even included a "personal touch" in adding crown molding to our porch, which looks great!  Tom, and his wife Sherri, helped us pick the paint colors that match the existing features on our house, which was a big help too!  The painting crew (that Tom set up) arrived and had the house caulked, painted and finished within 3 days.  He truly took care of all the work from start to finish. 
*The Verdict*
There are too many ways to list how Tom took care of us through our siding project.  If you are looking for a contractor that you know will take care of your needs in a professional manner, and want to eliminate the fear of ending up with a poor finished product, then you have found your contractor.  It has long been said, "You get what you pay for", but in Tom's case, Superior Products delivers much much more."
