"The repair crew is prsessional and also stayed calm in dealing with surprise conditions. Great services. Juan wrote up the quote, I thought he might be just sales, but he actually hand on did the work. He knows his staff!"

"We had already called another plumber on Angies List (Hayes Plumbing) to have ours replaced. But when he arrived he stated he no longer gave the senior discount as he priced his units so low and he charges more for labor for units INSIDE the home, etc.  So I called Right Solutions Plumbing out of the phonebook and told him of our desperation. He has a good steady business and after hearing of our situation said he would be over that afternoon to look at  our unit and see how soon he could help us. He was the owner - James Ratliff - and he was so kind and professional over the phone.  HE estimated our job and went to get our 50 gallon BridgeWhite (or something like that--- a very good model they dont even sell retail at Lowes or Home Depot).  He came with his assistant, Jerome (really nice young man) and completed the job without any hangups.  By the way, he doesnt charge more for the unit being inside and said he never heard of that policy .  I commend his professionalism and concern for our situation.  He is such a nice guy and well represents his trade. I will use him anytime I need his services.  My husband also was very impressed with James.  He was very knowledgeable and a good communicator which nowadays, just  doesnt happen.
He also has 24 hr emergency service and responds to all his calls. I give him my highest recommendation.  He doesnt low bid and then hit you with all the extras. Very ethical and good to know someone like him has a local business we can depend upon.

"Athen was responsive, quick, professional, and efficient. He even cleaned up the work areas once he was done. Would definitely contact this company again for plumbing needs in the future!"

"My toilets and showers were backed up. Redhead Rooter cleared the drain and showed me the tree roots causing the blockage with his camera. He repaired the same day. Very happy with there work."

"I called Water Heaters Only out of desperation on Sunday...Seth @ toll free # was fully aware of our tenants being without hot water for 2 days and was able to get a technician out on Monday morning. Monday @ 5 pm, hot water was up and running. David, the technician knew what had to be done to get the heater up and running. The next day, we did have a hiccup with a part but David came out immediately and tweaked the part -- all is good. Here is what I like -- 1. no sales pitch. 2. David gave me a plan b for possible additional work. 3. this company is available 365 days and you dont have to wait for parts to be delivered from out of state. 4. Water Heaters Only has their own facility for parts."

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

"Our service rep was Stephen . He was very polite and quickly fixed our hot water heater. Great customer service and great overall experience. Thank you !"

"Work was done on time and workers were clean and cleaned up after. Toilet got stuck, called them and they came and fixed it the next day."

"Professional, on time, and did the job right without trying to swindle me out of un-needed repairs (I have been through a long list of shady plumbers!).  They were honest, gave me recommendations for future updates, and I will definitely be using them in the future."
