We were hoping to make better use of wasted space below our dining room window where nothing but weeds grew well. They demolished the old concrete patio, built a landing from the existing steps, and moved sprinkler lines. They paid attention to details, taking frequent measurements to ensure accuracy of the construction. We were kept apprised of the scheduling date through the Sta-Built App, which we found helpful for tracking the project stages and making payments. Once started, the project moved along - he was an excellent project manager. I would check progress and he was very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. They were very carefully to keep the work area clean and ensured the gates remained closed so my dogs were not able to escape or get into the new lawn area.
