"I started using Ken after a family member had recommended him a while ago. We have an in ground pool that was serviced by another commercial provider for years. I had been having fits with my pool sweep not getting the bottom of the pool cleaned. The other company tried for seven months to fix the issue but they werenâ t successful (and they charged me each time). I called Ken and explained the circumstances to him.
