Mark, a Navy veteran, is the owner, and took my call when I inquired about an estimate. Debbie is the interior consultant, and she took her time going over several options and price points. She was very easy to work with, didn't push any options over another, took my input into consideration, and was mindful of my goals and budget. Katie, at the front desk, was very courteous and professional. Matt and Julio were a great team, and were very knowledgeable, professional, and organized. Sub contracting to both GC's, developers, and home owners. Jobs are bid on and once numbers look good a 50% deposite is required to start work and the other 50% is on pick up or delivery which ever applies.
