"Had driveway replaced along with small sidewalk to steps. Crew arrived on time and crew was professional, efficient and considerate. A lot of things were happening on our street the day of work, including trash day along with other deliveries to other homes. Crews worked with all others to get around dumpsters and crew trucks for everyone's safety and service completions. Crew completed the work and I couldn't be happier with the work. I got 5 quotes before selecting Sudlow. Aaron came out to review the work I needed and provided the quote which did not change plus they were the lowest of the 5 quotes I received. "Francisco Gomez started the job until day #2, He stated that he can't grade the three sided out of the four sided property because he does not have the heavy equipment (dozer) to do the slopes. He only has the small machine to finish up the driveway. He should have told me that from the beginning so that I would not have hired him. I already gave him $3,600 & he only gave me back $300. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."

"Recently our retainer wall had started failing. We found a company to install a new retaining wall on the Angi site after reading the great reviews for RC Pro Solutions. Patrick Bonaparte was our contactor, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. He walked us through every aspect of the project, provided great suggestions, listened to what we needed and was respectful of the budget, especially when we were at the stone yard to select our materials. His company not only did a spectacular job, but they exceeded our expectations!! We also had an extremely tall tree in our back yard located very near our roofline and deck. Patrick pointed out that it was rotted at the top and precariously close to our roofline and deck if it fell at some point on its own. While they had the equipment on site, we negotiated to have it taken down. In the process, a portion of that same tree hit another branch as it came down, and that branch tore a huge hole in our deck. It happened right when Patrick arrived on site to get a status on the project. He discussed what happened with us and offered a solution that was more than fair and reasonable. Before his crew left our property, they repaired our deck and re-painted that section where you can never even tell any damage occurred. The entire crew was pleasant and easy to work with and I would recommend them 1,000% to anyone needing similar work done on their property. They do both residential and commercial work. Based on our results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Patrick and RC Pro Solutions to others. It's been a long time since I worked with a company who stands behind what they offer, and who is so excellent at what they do - and we LOVE the results!!!!
