"We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. It was satisfactory. I had some extra work done, so I paid more. They replaced another outside faucet, and I had to fix a sump pump piping, they replaced the drain pipe for the secondary sump pump,  and I had to do some repair work on the bath tub.
