They did the complete electrical system for a house I was renovating for renting. Furthermore, they did such an exceptional job, we hired his team to complete the entire electrical job to finish our basement. They did all of the plugs, light fixtures, fans, wiring, and intstalled a 220 for our jacuzzi in the backyard. On a scale of 1-10 and 10 being the highest, I rate them a 15. They are awesome, cordial, punctual, professional, fast, and try their absolute best to complete the job in the most affordable way that is beneficial to the consumer. "The plumber arrived and spent 6 hours trouble shooting water heater problem on newly constructed home. He was good and identified problems and took action to correct, but could not fix water heater issue. He discovered there was not enough power, so he could not charge for his efforts as he did not fix it. He offered a $16 and some change monthly service plan to help with costs and I agreed, but he genuinely tried his best including replacing two heating elements. His company brought two electricians who were here for 1 hour and charged over $300 to report there was a break in the wire and did not repair. Next day the builder of the house brought his electrician for 30 minutes, made repairs finding 3 wires leading from breaker box, but only 2 leading to water heater. He diagnosed a junction box somewhere was embeded that the 3rd wire went to. The two remaining wires had been accidently crossed and were wired wrong to the water heater. He corrected that and was done in 30 minutes."

"The tech was lovely and kind. So our decision not to hire them was not due to customer service as that piece was great. They quoted us over 1000.00 to swap out 6 already wired fixtures. A job that would take about an hour. We were not looking to add new outlets or hard wire anything. Just fixture swaps for cosmetic reasons. Given the other quotes I got and what I was asking to do, their prices were more than double which to me was excessive and unacceptable. If you have a serious problem or need I'm sure they would do a great job. If you are simply looking to improve the look of your home with new fixtures you have already purchased I suggest going to a handy man not this company."

"The electrician that was sent on-site was fair and friendly. He listened to what I needed and didn't try to upsell me. When he came back out to complete the work he was quick and his work was top notch. The only complaint is that I paid a charge for an electrical permit but now, a month after the work, I still have not heard from their office on being inspected or anything else related to the permit. The work was completed immediately without a permit in hand (may be SOP, I don't know)."
