"After contacting 6 brick and stone repair contractors, only three returned my calls as interested. One came to my home, provided an estimate, then would no longer return my calls. A second reviewed the job and provided an estimate. Intramasonry also reviewed the job and provided an estimate. "Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
