"The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
