"I paid almost $10,000 for my heating and AC unit to be replaced. A year later it begin to have issues. I called Hammond to see if they could service my unit and they stated I would have to pay more money even though I had the warranty. My heat has went out a second time and Hammond stated they can?t do anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore."
