"They did a great job. They did leave the tank lid for the old toilet behind, but that is really piddly. I'd hire them again."

"Workers arrived on time. French Drains were installed first and then came back to do encapsulation. Showed me all the stuff that was in the crawlspace, bricks, old tools, and parts to stuff that had been replaced. Now have plastic and guaranteed for 10 years."

"They replaced the switch and did a good inspection of the pipe and wiring. It was thoroughly and professionally done. The price was reasonable for service call and part. Despite the many months since they had replaced the switch, they were willing to come out. We made the appointment for Friday. Late Friday, we called. The owner had forgotten. He robustly apologized and said he would come on Saturday morning. He came on time, adjusted the switch, but said no problem despite it having been a few months since the switch had been replaced. He felt that it should have been done at the time of replacement, but it had been overlooked or thought to be adjusted right, but wasn't. Initial visit was about 80.00 if memory serves correctly, but second visit was free even though he came out on a Saturday. We have used this company several times before after switching from another company that didn't please us as well. We are very satisfied with D J Pump because they do good work and are reasonable, and if there is a problem, they take care of it and have the proper attitude. <br />"

"We discovered a plumbing leak and the crawl space was flooded. This had obviously been leaking for an unknown period of time due to the plumbing problem. We never had water in the crawl space before. We noticed suspicious mold substance in the rafters and knew we needed to act quickly. We contacted 58 Foundations to evaluate and quote to correct/repair all issues. They inspected and confirmed they could help and that we did have Mold and developed a price quote for the repairs and perform Mold Remediation Services. We signed the contract to move forward asap. They scheduled the work to begin in the next few days. The original contract we signed, detailed the work that needed to be done for a total contract price of $22,011.00. We were notified the afternoon before the work was to begin that they failed to include $4,694.50 in their price breakdown and sent us a revision of $26,564.57. Mold Remediation: We were told a professional crew was to perform the remediation services with proper equipment and protection. Instead, the crew there doing all the other work did it and used no protective clothing, masks, gloves or equipment. They had rags, chemicals and spray bottles. I asked about the Mold crew that was supposed to do this and he said they were not available so his crew did the work. Numerous areas were left undone and when I pointed those areas out, they went back in to treat the areas. Installed a steel stabilizer to replace a wooden support. After installation, the front door had gaps and was sticking and is still sticking. Many other mistakes were made during the work, that I had to bring to their attention to correct/complete. At no time has management shown interest during and after completion of the job and to this date. Upon completion, the tech asked for the check for balance due. We had written it for the balance due of $22,026.022 and he said it was too much that it was only $17,472.65. It took 4 phone conversations with his office to determine the exact balance of the contract Our original contract was $22,011.00 – their revised contract was $26,564.57. At the time of final payment their total was still off by $100.00."

"Everyone was professional from the estimator to the workers who pumped the concrete. My worry was the heating /air conditioning ducts also in the slab(floor). They monitored the ductwork with cameras during the operation to ensure concrete did not ooze into the ductwork. I was a nervous Nelly during the procedure and the guys were so professional and reassuring. Great job and no more rats!"

"<p>I do remember what they did the last time I called them. My well pump had quit working and it turned out to be just a broken wire. They could have told me that I needed a new pump and I wouldn't have known the difference. They are very honest and that means a great deal to me.</p> <br />"

"Contacted Johnson Plumbing and they were able to respond the same day to repair cut natural gas line. The employee appeared new and called his office throughout his work for over the phone procedures on how to fix the problem. He left twice to go get supplies because he did not get the right parts on the first trip. I was given an estimate of $530 to repair due to expensive metal couplings. The metal couplings were not the right size and were replaced with plastic couplings on the second trip for supplies. Once completed, I was given a price of $578.68. I questioned Mr. Johnson about the price since the expensive couplings were not used. Mr. Johnson gave me an arrogant attitude and tone in his voice about his expenses. He did agree to the original estimated price of $530. I did express my feeling that I felt his high price was based on the and quot;crisisand quot; the customer was in and not based on true operating expenses and normal repair prices. Neither Mr. Johnson nor his employee denied this. I will not use Johnson Plumbing again. <br />"
