They replaced all my cedar siding with the hardy board as well as replaced my shutters, added fascia boarding, and installed a new door with sidelights. Jerry has also come out for complete small projects such as the roofing and deck on my childs playhouse, hung a swing on my porch that was not installed correctly by someone else, and even fixed a fascia board for free that was sticking out due to storms. Jerry pays close attention to detail and gives 110%. I receive compliments daily on my home by neighbors who always inquire about who remodeled our home. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."
