They did bring a binder showing previous bathroom remodel. While their bid was not the lowest I felt it was in line or the scope of the project. It did take a little longer for the project to get started than I anticipated but once it got started their crew was very good about showing up every day during the week. Either Katy or Josh contacted me each evening to let me know what time the crew would be there the next morning. Their crew was great to work with & consulted with me rguarading any issues that would come up. The project was completed in just over 3 weeks & I'm really enjoying my new bathroom."
