"From start to finish..excellent service. Tony initiated the project with patience and expert advice. This company and crew installed the flooring on time and on schedule. Meticulously installing every board, every corner, every cut and trim. The work is outstanding. Even the level of daily cleanup was over and above my expectation. Vacuuming and sweeping the working and cutting space outside. First contractor i have ever worked with that put the customers needs and requirements first. I asked him to delay part of the trim to allow me to paint. He did and then came back and finished the trim when i was done. Gave me his personal number and told me to call if i found anything out of place or questionable. (A week later I haven't found any issues or flaws) Excellent work ethic, excellent detailed work and really good customer communication and interaction. Just really nice expert people to work on your house. I highly recommend them."

"Overall the job went well. He did, however, fail to show up on the originally scheduled date saying he was sick. He showed up the next day bright and early. He and his assistant worked quickly and cleanly and we are very pleased with his work. We had no clean up to do ourselves and what would have taken us days to complete, he did quickly. Once all of the shoring was in place, we focused on the structural and architectural designs to make the necessary structural repairs and to remodel the house.  Briones Construction was instrumental in helping the architect and structural engineer with field measurements and confirming as-built conditions.  Once the designs were finished and permits pulled, Briones Construction didn't hesitate a moment to get started with the work.  They coordinated every aspect of the job, including moving my furniture, fencing the site, bringing in a roll off trash bin, etc.   They knew what they were doing and were very professional.  Briones Construction's work was meticulous and every detail was addressed.  Their quality was outstanding in every respect."
