"First time using Superior Carpet and Tile. Jed and his his team were fantastic. I had tenants moving in and they were able to get me appointment fast. They were on time, and did an excellent job. The carpeting looked very fresh and I was very pleased. In addition, they also did a light cleaning of some grout in my kitchen (no charge). Warren, Dante and Jed, the owner all were great people to deal with. I will definitely use them in the future and I highly recommend Superior Carpet. They are in the Wickliffe area and I moved to Willoughby so I will be calling them in the future to clean my carpeting in my new condo. In addition, Jed gave me a bottle of carpet stain remover for free because I told him I have a cat that seems to throw up on my carpeting--it is amazing and really takes the stains out!"

"Nino, one of the owners, came out to give a proposal. He was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how it would be done. Steve, the other owner, worked with us to accommodate our schedules. Two employees came and cleaned the marble floor and the existing grout. Later that week another employee came to repair the many areas of damaged or missing grout. He matched the grout color perfectly. You cannot tell what grout is new and what was existing. A few weeks later after the grout had cured they came back out and cleaned the marble and grout again. Then they added a coat of sealant. During this entire process our home was treated with respect. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to have grout repaired and natural stone cleaned."

"Rick came out and provided detailed description of how flooring is done, provided booklet and samples of stone. Rick was able to answer questions better than the "one day instillation" competitor's salesman. All decorative stone was priced the same. The "one day instillation" competitor has different price ranges for their decorative stone. Everstone owners did prep work to existing garage flooring . I was impressed by this because if the base is not done correctly then this effects the finish product. Edging perfect. Even my garage door installer said that this finished product looks better than the "one day installation" competitor."

"The experience with Keith was great from start to finish. I contacted Keith a few days before I would be in town to prepare our single-family home to re-rent. The dirt on the carpets from the previous tenants was horrible, and we assumed they would need to be replaced. I explained how dirty the carpets were when speaking with Keith, especially the stairs, and he was confident he could get them clean. Keith and his son were on time and got right to work. In addition to cleaning the carpet, he also used spot stain remover and a deodorizer. The difference was amazing. The stairs looked brand new and the carpets throughout the rest of the house looked great as well! He provided me with a quote up front, and kept to his word when the work was done - and I thought the price for the work was more than fair. I will hire him again should I have any further carpet cleaning needs in the future."

"This is our 3rd time hiring Ray and his team for a deep cleaning project at our house, and like every time, we are absolutely thrilled with the results! This time we had a basement (both finished and unfinished rooms) that had undergone some renovations and needed to be deep cleaned, including window and wall washing, vacuuming, mopping, and just wiping down everything absolutely thoroughly to get rid of all of the dust from the renovation. Ray and his team are the pinnacle of professional, thoughtful, friendly, and detail oriented, and really go above and beyond. Everything was absolutely spotless when they finished. Ray came out personally ahead of the job to discuss exactly what I wanted to have done and come up with a detailed plan, and was able to fit me in to the schedule very quickly. He was also present for the entire job, which was a great help since I had some specific instructions for certain areas of the basement, and I could rest easy knowing he would communicate my wishes to his team. They were so kind as to haul away some old carpeting for me, and even changed the light bulbs and replaced a broken light fixture for me! The basement is now cleaner than it's ever been, with noticeably clearer air quality. Best of all, Ray was able to take care of a project that would have taken me weeks to get straightened out to this level within just a matter of hours, and we are now very happily enjoying the space again. "We were extremely pleased with the work and the care used during the initial consultation all the way through the installation.  We had gone to the store a couple of times to look at and pick tile samples, a couple of which we borrowed to take home and check how the colors would look against our paint and carpet.  We chose a porcelain tile and they even mentioned we could choose a matching or contrasting color grout to go with it, if we didn't want plain white, so we chose a close match.  We thought we might like to try orienting the tiles in a diamond pattern just to make it a little different, but they told us that that was a dated looked and so we went with a staggered "brick" look (we are grateful they let us know this so we wouldn't waste time putting in tiles in a dated look; no other company we looked at for tiles and installation bothered to say anything about our diamond pattern choice as being dated).  This was a 2-day job: first day demo of our old mosaic tile floor, floor prep, laying tile; second day laying grout, putting back quarter rounds on baseboards and cleanup.  On the first day Milton took took charge and did skillful demo work and set the new tiles in place doing a phenomenal job; he was very neat and meticulous and he got the tiles lined up evenly with a nice symmetry of view fitting the tiles into the space.  The second day Tom came and put in the grout and as he was finishing pointed out that he caulked the seam of the baseboards and showed how the chipped paint on the quarter rounds came off due to no primer on the wood. He cleaned up as much as possible when he finished.  A lot of dust was generated during all the work over the 2 days, but we were told this would happen so we were prepared to clean this afterward. (They did have a shop vac and cleaned as much as they could but dust also settled in places anyway.) The new floor looks terrific.  We are very happy with the quality of workmanship and the hardworking staff  who were polite, thorough, resourceful and very helpful.  We would recommend this company to others. <br />"

"The cleaning was fine but they didn't do anything to let the carpets in the basement dry.  This resulted in mold in the basement carpet.  We caught this in time and called them.  They were not ready to re-clean the basement carpet.  Instead the technician who came out to inspect the mold insisted on using a humidity meter to show us that the humidity in the basement was higher than all the upstairs rooms and essentially told us the problem was ours.  I think every homeowner knows that basements have higher humidity.  We got the basement re-cleaned by another company (and of course had to pay for it ourselves).  This company installed two giant fans in the basement for a few hours after the work was done and haven't had an issue in two years.  Needless to say we thought Stanley Steemer's customer service was terrible. <br />"

"Used Angies list to find them... chose them largely for the well known name... received a estimate on the phone, but when they arrived they said the estimator did not include hallways and stairs so the bill increased.  Carpets were cleaned efficienctly, and the stains were gone by the time they left... unfortunately when the carpets dried some of the staining resurfaced. <br />"
