The gas line ultimately didn't need to be serviced but he looked at the garage disposal which had burnt out bearings and was rusted. He ordered the high end disposal that we chose and came back and installed the disposal, removed the old one and did some additional toilet repairs that we needed. Mr. Conti is very cordial and professional and works quickly and efficiently. He also is knowledgable and gives good advice about possible economical solutions to plumbing problems. "The process was very fast. Mark worked by himself, came prepared, and didn't need anything. He got the job done effectively and efficiently. The only thing I would warn customers about is the smell in the house. It's a strong epoxy smell that will linger in your home for at least 4 hours. We couldn't crack the windows either because the house needs to stay at 65 degrees for it to dry. We ended up staying at my in-laws house that night. We do have a very small house and only 1 bathroom, and my wife is pregnant, so for many people it might not be bad. Overall excellent work and will hire Mark again. Our tub looks brand new. <br />"

"I had this work done in stages, as it took some time to see everything that needed to be done.The owner came out to assess the work requested and to get clarification on what was desired. A quote usually came via e-mail within 48 hrs. Once approved, a date and time for the work would be scheduled. The work crews were very professional. As I needed to leave for work, they would finish for the day and lock up behind themselves. The interior and exterior lights were replacing existing fixtures. For the very large ones (two chandeliers), they constructed large boxes to contain the removed pieces. Most of the parts to be replaced had already been purchased by my interior designer, so AC Electric had to work around this. They installed the ceiling fan in the kitchen, but recommended a different wall control than the one purchased by the decorator (wrong type). There were previous issues from the previous owners: illegal wiring in the basement and data wire stapled along the exterior of the house. AC Electric provided a quote to bring the basement lighting up to code and improve the illumination, and took down the data wire. I did agree to the basement lighting and was very pleased with the results. The previous coach lamps were improperly installed, and AC Electric mounted the new ones properly so that they would not tilt forward. The owner would come out at the end of each job to inspect the work. If there was something he did not like, someone was sent out the next day to correct it. Be aware that the majority of my costs were for labor, as I already had most of the hardware. The start time is just an estimate, so a couple of times they arrived a few hours later than expected. They are located in Summit county, so there was a $110 trip charge to come to neighboring Lake county for each visit."

"Peter and his crew were very professional, timely and hard working and completed the whole job well within the estimated time frame.  Their work is of the highest quality both in materials and workmanship.  <br /> This is an older house with a very odd and massive brick fireplace with brick extensions into the kitchen requiring a great deal of ingenuity to install the additional kitchen outlets.  It also has some odd, patchy wiring done by former owners. <br /> I'm especially pleased with Peter's professionalism in working with me to attain the optimum combination of what I wanted and the safest installation options in working around the brick structure.  I am also extremely pleased with the basement lighting as I had no idea what to do with it and Peter offered suggestions for the most practical and aesthetically enhancing options.  The quality of his workmanship and materials provides an extra assurance to me that the new additions and modifications are very safe, something which has concerned me about some of the prior owners wiring.  <br /> I will be engaging Empire Electric for the next phase of lighting additions and outlet modifications in the next couple of months. <br />"
