"Installed glass block windows and the service was exceptional. Very satisfied with the quality of service provided in my home."

"The installation went well. It took about 45 minutes to replace a double faucet with two single faucets. The serviceman spent 20-30 minutes in his truck before and after the installation (?). When I looked at the invoice, I was shocked. Total was $505.00. Discussed with several company employees and owner. It was like pulling teeth to get a breakdown. I was told they charge by the job. When I finally got a breakdown, $220.40 was overhead and $50.05 was profit. I worked for a piping contractor with plumbers. Maybe 10% profit and overhead. This company doubled their actual charges."

"The quality of the windows is excellent.  The crew was very quick and professional."

"perfect installation, very clean, good communication"

"There was some confusion over what time the movers would be there. I was told 1 pm, but when I called the office at 1:30, I was told it was a window between 1-3, but he'd have the driver call me since I hadn't heard from them (and I should have). Once the movers arrived, we did a walk through so they knew what furniture to move, then they went to work. Everything was professionally done. The final price was even a bit cheaper then what was originally estimated."

"Jaime knows what he's doing. We chose to have him install our door over Lowe's. Looks great, and we will have him over again for other projects."

"Overall, we are very pleased with the work they did. We could quibble that the bathroom walls did not end up ‘like new’ as some might prefer and that, after the work was done, I discovered a problem that I addressed on my own. The plaster did not come close enough to the new electrical workboxes that had been installed and the area between two workboxes was left rough. Caserta would likely have fixed this if I had noticed it during the job or had asked them to come back but I thought it easier to just fix it myself. Other parts of the job, like the kitchen ceiling and bathroom trim, ended up far better than we thought possible. They spent more time on the job than we expected, given the price we paid, and their workers were congenial and professional. We definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

"The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and scheduled the appointment for the estimate.  Mike arrived on time. He brought examples of the windows and took detailed measurements.  Because of the size of the job, he was offering a 5% discount.  Our next door neighbor used Mike for his windows and was satisfied.  We did not utilize this provider because we preferred a different window manufacturer.  It had nothing to do with Mike.
