"I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"Mid Tenn Home Solutions installed a 16 gallon per minute tankless hot water heater in replacement of two, decade old hot water heaters. After receiving several bids for this project, we selected Mid Tenn Home Solutions based on their five star ratings, project cost, professionalism, promptness and willingness to start our project whenever it was most convenient for our schedules. In less than 6 hours, they removed two rusting, leaking water heaters from our attic replacing them with one of the best tankless water heater system on the market. Their extensive, professional knowledge ensured us of a job well-done while enjoying the savings of our project budget. "They did a good job and the workers were great the only issue i have is they didnt install a water shut off even though i had one in the old system and i wasn’t told the price i was given to do the job didnt include one until the end of the job i would have paid extra for it i had to change a water filter since the job was done and i have to go to the street to turn off the water if i have a busted line in winter and the box is covered in ice and snow how will i get the water off this is my only gripe about the work no full disclosure i was in a rush to get it fixed it was leaking bad they should disclosed that when the estimate was done its made me rethink using them in the future"

"Sean and his crew did an amazing job on a very tricky situation. We used him for several in side household plumbing jobs and when we were talking about my issues with my drainage on my house he said he could help. The builder did a terrible job with it and we were getting water inside the house. Sean set the plan to dig up, excavate the drainage lines and fix the problem. He communicated often through out the project and got it done ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any indoor or outdoor plumbing or water issue."
