"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

At a later date we needed a replacement latch for the same washer. We had it within about 48 hours from the time we called. "Would not recommend. I called them out to take a look at my furnace that stopped working. They fixed it, replaced a gas valve that went bad. But instead of charging me for the labor to replace the valve, they charged me half of the cost of the part which was almost $1100. I had to argue with the service department for 20 minutes just to get them to knock $100 off, but I still was grossly overcharged for the service performed. I will not be using them again."
