The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). It didn't just need to be painted - the wall surfaces were a mess, with a poorly done sandcoat finish and problems due to previously removed wallpaper and border. Also, because of somewhat odd colored tile and grout in the tub/shower, we despaired of finding a wall color that would look good with the tile, but yet harmonize with the colors in the rest of the house. Shena at Red Canary was just terrific - she came out right away, squeezed us into her schedule in time to be done before our guests arrived, and she came up with a great color choice we just love! The walls were repaired and skim coated to correct the flaws before painting - they look perfect - you'd never know the state they'd been in before!
