Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"Jim was very responsive and provided all the information and options I needed. He began the work ASAP and kept me informed (I work out of the area) as the work progressed. We also agreed to replace the concrete with flagstone paths which overall improves the character and look of the home. Completing this foundation repair, while a significant expense, and the replacing the failing water lines takes a big load off my mind since the house is well built and is now in good shape for further weather events. "had two contractors bailed on me. one considered the project a small job and the other contractor called me saying he hurt his shoulder hence can no longer accept any new job. called mike and he said he won't be available for another couple of weeks but then accepted the job after he found out i live very close to him. job went fairly well considering he had to squeeze in my project between his projects and completed within a few days including weekends. it was a pleasure working with mike and i will definitely hire him for my next project. thanks mike and i really enjoyed our project."

"On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!

"Tom and Steve did an excellent job on our master bath remodel.  They were always on task.  Stayed with the job.  Showed up at the same time every day.  They made great efforts to keep our carpeted stairs clean as they went up and down.  They did a good job protecting our hardwood floors as well.  Their work was great.  Everything looks great.  The tile work is excellent.  The finish work is excellent.  They stayed on contract.  Because their bid was so close to the actual work to be performed, there was very little overage as far as cost went.  I felt secure with them in the house.  There have been a couple VERY SMALL things that have come up since they completed the job which is totally to be expected.  They came promptly to remedy the situation at no extra charge.  I would and have recommended them to other friends.
