"George inspected the the damage and described the work he recommended to repair it. His cost estimate was detailed and in line with others. He arrived for the work as a crew of three. They worked diligently and efficiently. The work (in three sections of the house) was done in just over one day."

Hi there! I have about 9 years of experience with home remodeling, house flips, and currently I am focused more on carpentry (custom closets, interior/exterior trim, etc.) and flooring. I am still open to most home repair needs. I am new to Angi, but feel free to check out some photos of my work in the project photos. I am also willing to share more photos. "Exceptional work by exceptional tradesmen. No detail was overlooked. Landscaping & surfaces were protected from paint. The crew power washed, scraped, caulked, repaired wood rot, and painted. We have windows with wood exterior muttons. The paint was applied by paintbrush. Clean crisp detailing work. Included with the job shutters & patio railing. After painting they washed the exterior windows, blew the scraped off paint chips off walkways & patios. We supplied the paint due to wanting Benjamin Moore to mix fungicide in the paint to stop Northside exterior mold on custom wood siding & dormers. The crew was so incredible. We are so pleased my husband tipped each tradesman. We are hiring them again to do interior work. We’ve worked with top flight paint crews before. Short’s crew raised the bar on skill set, attention to detail, respect for the property and were pleasant. We couldn’t be happier. Money well spent."

"Fantastic job! My deck is 25 years old and had many layers of stain. Exterior Wood Restoration removed every bit of the old stain and restored the deck to like new condition. The crew was prompt, and worked diligently for 2 full days to complete the job in relentless heat! We are thrilled with the job they did."

"There were some things he couldn't repair. We wanted him to clean the gutter out and he said he didn't bring his ladder and then there was a shingle on the roof but again he didn't have his ladder."

"It went very well. This is the second time I've worked with Innovative Garages and they are very professional. I had no issues whatsoever. They did great work. The price was good and they did all the work in one day. I am now enjoying insulated garage doors which makes the garage more comfortable in the winter and should lower my energy bill. They also replaced a garage door spring previously for me, and they also did a great job."

"nstalled new trim and crown moulding.  Andy was both responsive and he
quality of work was excellent.  He completed the job in less than one
day.  Really a superb carpenter.  We will use him again.

"In July, 2019 Mister Painter completed an exterior paint job on my house in Carmel, along with significant maintenance of my screened-in porch. They did an excellent job, and Chad Young was very honest and straightforward to work with. Part of the job was not even quoted in advance - some more extensive carpentry than originally anticipated - but Chad charged a fair amount and I was very happy with the results and the experience. The only real issue I had was a few top window panes that were painted shut (always do a walk-around at the end!) but besides that everything met or exceeded my expectations. Chad is a man of few words while on a job as he is running 4 crews and striving to maintain high quality and service, but he never failed to return my calls & texts and was willing to work on things that needed tweaking. Mister Painter was the middle of three estimates that I got, but the overall cost was within my budget even with the extra carpentry and rebuilding of one whole wall of my screened-in porch. And the re-screening was something that not every painter was prepared to do, so that made my job so much easier to just have a single provider. I hope to have them back at some point for some interior painting - I would not hesitate to rehire them."
