Caleb inspected out roof inside and out and found cracked Boards (not surprising for a 122 year old house) and explained what HG would do for repairs bad new shingles in a way that was easy tomunndersstandvsnccgavevus a quote well under what I expected to pay. It was hard not to pass the deal Up so we went with the quote. Thinking it would be weeks before they started the job I was surprised when Devan the project manager called and said a crew would be out the next day. Sure enough they were and within 10â hours everything was completed. Watching the workers go at it, they did and installed everything Caleb and Devan said would happen. Quick and efficient is how Iâ d describe the workmanship. The roof looks great and I am extremely pleased with the results. "The job went great.  It was completed quickly, on time and at less than budget.  My front porch on the "old grey lady greystone" now looks great - the old girl has had a face lift.  Most importantly, I have new gutters that actually function around the porch.

"I can't say enough about Greg.  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative.  Dealing with moisture issues is stressful, but I was confident with his approach after several discussions and a complete review of the quote.  In addition, I did my own due diligence and his approach is an industry standard approach in moisture repair/prevention.  His team was prompt, efficient and extremely thorough and meticulous.  He completed the work within the specified timeframe and left the condo in great condition; all areas were cleaned and put back together.  I would highly recommend Greg for any/all moisture issues as I now have a unit that will never have water seepage again due to his preventative measures.

"First off, everyone we've dealt with has been professional, friendly, and courteous. We liked the reviews we saw in Angie's List and Murphy's installed a new sliding door for us in Nov 2014. One of our requests was it be "lightweight" and easy to slide. Well, it didn't seem that way when it was installed, but we were told to give it some time to loosen up. Nope. Still heavy and hard to open and close... 3+ years later. Next problem was the screen door with it. In Spring 2015 (when we needed it, since the door was installed in the winter), the screen door continuously came off its track. Don came out to fix it ("right") and it almost lasted until the end of the season. I spoke with Jimmy Murphy who runs the place... again, super nice and super friendly... but when I reached him to help... lots of delays, promises, etc. I kept putting it back on the track myself for short-term fixes. I called/texted in the Fall 2017 to have it fixed or replaced... no response. Called/Texted again in Spring 2018 and was told someone would be out to take care of it. No one. Another call and text promising to be there "next Tuesday." Nothin. I've had enough. Well meaning group, but lacks follow-through and, apparently, the ability to keep customers happy/satisfied. Hard to imagine that 20 minutes of their time and/or possibly $10-50 in parts will cost them my future business and possibly the loss of others' business (after reading this). Won't use again...."
