Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. "They were the BEST, They did quit a lot of work on my home tore off all the singles replaced all the bad wood. Put new tar paper and put new vents in tore out all the old wet moldy insulation and replaced it and made everything like new at least 15 sheets of plywood and the new fiberglass paper. They did this all and even cleaned up after they did suck a great job I made them lunch."

"The crew, led by Kayleigh, arrived early, and they completed the job with the utmost professionalism. This was a roof replacement, with two layers of shingles. My neighbor left for work at 7 am and when she returned at 4 pm, they were done with all but a few touch-ups and finishes. I was thoroughly impressed with the individual work ethic and the character displayed by each member of the crew. I will be recommending them to my neighbors, and I highly recommend them to you. One final note: the office staff at American Standard Roofing was very attentive and responsive when called upon. I had a positive experience with the entire team from estimate to completion. When Mike came out to our house for the initial estimate he really took his time to assess our roofing situation and he answered all our questions. He then provided us with a no pressure estimate as well as financing options. We really like Mike: calm, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy. After talking to a few other contractors, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with Rapid Roofing. Mike came back for the shingle color selection and the actual roofing job was completed a few weeks later with a pretty large and hardworking crew (8 people) that worked all day (and part of the evening) to complete our roof. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
