Mr. Maddox really listened to what we wanted as a final product, made suggestions, provided a drawing and a detailed contract of the labor, materials, pricing. We had everything we needed to made a decision. Mr. Maddox provided a replacement deck with a beautiful staircase exactly how we had imagined. KLM did everything right for there were no complaints, issues or problems. There were no changes to the contract price.
