"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! I have used this company for several home improvement projects and each time I couldn't have been more pleased with results. They were polite, friendly, professional and very competent. They involved me in the project to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and the end results were excellent. If I had any questions, they took the time to explain in detail. They arrived on time each day and always cleaned up before they left for the day. I was given a written estimate for each project, and when an item or job came in at a lower cost,  they decreased the bill accordingly.

I might be able to find someone who possibly could do the project for less, but when I need any further work done J L Home Improvement will be the only company I will call as their work is exceptional.
