From my first interaction with him to my last I never had any doubts - He is an effective communicator, very punctual and always shows up exactly when he says he will. Unlike many contractors he is very hands on with the hard work doing most of it himself and using laborers when he needs an extra hand. The quality of work and attention to detail is very good and evident in the final product. He keeps the jobsite well kept and cleans up and mess everyday.
