"Couldn’t tell me what was definitively wrong with my AC but still charged me the diagnostic and small repair fee. Came up with a price for the actual job without knowing how much the part cost. They can’t explain what a small repair is either. Only reason they didn’t get 1 star is because the guy was on time."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"This company is a fraud and will steal your money from your account and not provide any services! Ask me how I know? Because I am a living witness I informed them the system was not working and it was blacked out and service was not needed anymore. Yet they continued to withdrawal money from my account. I hope the money they have taken from a single mother striving to provide for her kids was useful and given to someone who has less than what I have at this moment. Who just takes from people and sleeps good at night this company? Run far away do not engage in their services it’s BS! Laura was the customer service agent who giggled as I told her how inhumane they were and has been very unhelpful throughout this process. Money was paid but I did not get any services for months they have taken my money."

"Nearly one month of attempting to get all of the information in email and now they refuse to respond. They know what they are doing is wrong and illegal. Good to know: Apparently they can "legally" cancel any contract without any consent and then the buyers are on the hook for thousands and thousands of dollars xD This company is an absolute joke. No one take these clowns seriously. More fun: They have now cancelled my account without my consent and still expect me to pay. Failure to communicate. Failure to proved services they are contractually obligated to. Do not give these people any time of day. They don't deserve anything they've gotten. Zero communication. I have sent multiple emails at this point of which they have either been ignored or my questions sidelined. They REFUSE to hold up their end of the contract and expect me to pay because of their incompetence. Monthly subscription disguised as a contract? Scummy company. Multiple phone calls years ago assuring easy cancelation"
