"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

Did a thorough job and checked everything fully to make sure all was working correctly after the repair. Called as soon as the replacement assembly was in his hands to schedule installation for the next day.
