"Very well. Shawn was the technician who worked with me. He made the repair quickly and professionally. He was prompt and courteous. He also gave me good advice on how to deal with a garbage disposal so it wouldn't happen again!"

"We have a double sink in the kitchen and noticed that water was backing up into the sink and was draining very slowly. We purchased a liquid drain cleaner to clear the line ourselves, left it for an hour, ran hot water, and there was no improvement. We had previously used All Ways Plumbing and were happy with the service, therefore we called for assistance with this issue as well.  We placed the call at 4pm and Zac arrived before 5pm...amazing response time.  He used several methods to attempt to clear the line, including a manual snake and plungers, however the line wouldn't clear.  He indicated that he would return first thing the next morning and bring a sink machine, which is a power snake, and should have success.  At 8:45 the next morning Zac arrived and was able to clean the line with the equipment he brought. It took some effort as the blockage seemed to be a full 50 feet into the pipe. He checked all the house cleanouts and discovered no other concerns. As always, Zac was efficient, his work was clean, and he tidied up when the project was complete. We would use Zac & All Ways Plumbing again, and highly recommend him.

"After a couple of months of my basement flooding and my house being nearly ruined by the resultant moisture and mold I decided I had to do something.  Eric Snyder came out, accessed the situation and and recommended a French Drain in my back yard.   My house is on the side of a mountain and all the water from above was running into my backyard and subsequently into my basement.
The job was extremely difficult for him and his crew.  My backyard is all roots and rocks.  They had to use pickaxes and saws to install the drain which was about 60 feet long and extended around the back of the house to the front yard where it could drain.  The drain went through my sidewalk and in front of my driveway.  He and his crew installed a bridge to provide access to my house.   It looks like a stream bed and is really quite attractive.  
Best of all my basement has been dry as a bone since then.
I trust Eric's work so much that I don't even get other estimates anymore when I need something done.  I know he will do a good job at a fair cost."

"Plumbers are very expensive. This company is no exception. But that doesn't mean the work was not worth it. They communicated well, they were up front with the impending costs, and they didn't pressure me to continue with them. Once they started, they used smoke (not a camera) to locate the break. They ended up finding and fixing 3 problems that were causing the sewer odor. Considering what they were up against, they worked very quickly (it took the better part of 2 days to diagnose and fix the problem). They had to dig under the house, but they left the area as tidy as they found it. I am grateful for their expertise, and I will absolutely call them again."
