"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Eric, through his receptionist, advised that since it was a fairly small job, an hourly rate of $135.00 for first hour and $35.00 per hour after that was agreed to. However, I did not realize that instead of working full days to complete the project, it took 4 days ( 3 hours one day, 4 hours another, etc) to complete. Therefore they charged $135.00 for the first hour each day for 4 days. If the guys had worked longer each day it would have been completed in less days; therefore less cost to me. Eric's office was contacted but Eric advised the pricing was correct."

"I’ve used dan with infinity roofing for a number of years. They replaced the shingles on my Florida home and now put a new metal roof on my highlands home. I’m very happy with the professionalism and quality of work that was done. I even had to get a roof inspection after the roof was replaced for my home owners insurance, and they told me that everything was done not only correctly but it was the best done and best looking roof out of the 20 he inspected that week. "Highly recommend Brandons service. Excellent communication and courteousness, always on time. The entire property looks great and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done completely to our satisfaction. It's not an easy job with multi-levels, lots of original wood trim and windows over 100 years old, porches, breezeway, carport, patios, pergolas, driveway, and over 200 ft of sidewalks etc. The sidewalks were practically black and look so much better! He has the proper equipment and paid extra attention to detail to softwash effectively without doing damage to the house or vegetation. More than fair on price as well. We will be using him again in the near future!!"
