First State was perfect in everything they did. * The sales process was very smooth and responsive. * They had a bit of backlog, so I had to wait a bit, but they were very communicative throughout the process and scheduling was more than satisfactory. * They were extremely flexible with dealing with my external vendor (for the vanity top installation). They were VERY accommodating and appreciated it. * They did high quality work. On all parts: tub work, tile work, plumbing work, vanity work. As well as in keeping disruption to a minimum and professionalism. * They were very communicative and responsive about when they would show up, what work would happen when, and dealing with the whole process. * They went above and beyond on several minor things that were not in the contract."

"West Shore installed an acrylic shower surround system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. West Shore offered a 25% discount, a military discount, and 12-month, 0% financing. The project was scheduled quickly and completed in two days. The installers were very careful and cleaned up reasonably well. The installer pointed out a defect in material and ordered a replacement part prior to leaving. We carefully inspected the work post installation and found a few minor items plus we were not satisfied that the shower pan anti-slip surface was satisfactory. Aislin of Customer service took note of our issues and advised that they could add a non-skid coating at no extra charge. The service tech (Tim White) came out three days ago and addressed all of our issues promptly and to our satisfaction. This project was completed in about 1-1/2 months from contract signing to final touches. Aislin called yesterday to check on our satisfaction and reassured us that West Shore stands behind their products and workmanship."

"Our plumbing technician was Ryan Carmean of Delaware Plumbing Professionals. He provided excellent customer service. He looked at a variety of plumbing issues in our house. He answered all our questions. After assessing the issues and the repairs needed, he promptly repaired them. One item on our list appeared to be disintegrating wax toilet rings on several toilets. We appreciated that he explained that the rings did not require replacement but rather the issue was simply that the toilet caulking had turned black/brown. He showed us how to clean it up. Besides repairing our leaking and running toilet, he also repaired several items in our bathtub. We will definitely ask for Ryan for any future plumbing problems. He was the consumate professional providing friendly, knowledgeable and honest customer service."

"The main reason it is not a 5 rating is because it took a little longer to do the job than I had hoped. I had tile installed around my new fireplace and backsplash installed in the kitchen. The installation went fine for the fireplace. It was the backsplash that took the time. It took two more days than expected because the gentleman doing it got sick and had to stop the work for those days. He was a very nice guy and I certainly was not upset that he got sick. I just thought they should have had an installer that could have filled in. It may be that I donâ t understand that the same person who started the job should finish the job. But I would definitely recommend them. The workers showed up on time and worked to get the job done and did it very well"
