Jimmy was very nice on the phone and extremely pleasant. I set up the appointment for the next day. Unfortunately I travelling on business so I wasn't home when Jimmy arrived. I was told by my son that Jimmy spent about 15-20 minutes looking at the dishwasher and left. When I tried contracting Jimmy for an update, I received no reply. Overall the problem was never corrected. And I was never charged for the visit.
