"My dishwasher wasn’t draining. Bryan checked the drain pump. It was running. Then he verified that the computer board was good. He decided that it may simply be that the drain hose/overflow was clogged or not working. After a run to pick up the part, he quickly replaced it and problem solved. He was neat, created minimal mess (which he cleaned up) and really nice about explaining everything to me. "Stephen was awesome. He is the owner of Champion Appliance Service in Conroe, 936-446-9633. He gave us a 1 hour arrival time frame and arrived within that 1 hour period. He diagnosed our refrigerator problem in about 5 minutes. A fan inside the refrigerator had stopped working resulting in a temperature of 44-46 degrees vs the 37 it was programmed for. He ordered the fan and was back to install it within 2 days. He installed the fan and checked the door handles for tightness. Everything took about 30 minutes. All prices were VERY reasonable. We thought we were going to have to buy a new refrigerator. HIGHLY recommend this company."
