"This company does not provide itemized billing even when the customer requests it. After multiple phone calls no one at the company was able to provide the name of the ceo. Either they do not know the name or its a secret. I was told the plumbing manager would call to review the itemized billing but that never happened. There is something that is deceptive about a company that refuses to provide itemized billing."

"Garrett and three other technicians were timely for the appointment, courteous, professional, and did an excellent job. I did have a slight problem after the installation as my drip pan was filling up with water and cut off the condenser to the other AC unit I didn't have replaced. Dave, the president of the company came out on short notice and resolved the problem with my 20-year-old drip line (which was plugged). He had to make two trips to his house to get some tools and material to complete the job. You don't get that kind of care from most companies these days. I highly recommend Cypress Creek!"

"My 75-year-old mother had a terrible experience with John Moore Plumbing. She called them because her washing machine was backing up into her sink. The technician claimed he ran a camera inspection twice and told her she had a broken pipe under her house that would cost $17,000 to repair. He never showed her any video or proof of the supposed damage. Thankfully, I called a different plumber for a second opinion. They snaked the line, cleared the clog, and charged $220. No broken pipe, no massive repair needed. I find it unacceptable to scare an elderly woman into thinking she needed a $17,000 repair when it was simply a clog. If you use this company, demand actual video proof and always get a second opinion."
