I was told that it would cost $595. to remove moss as they have to spray entire roof. I felt that this was unreasonable as I have no trees overhanging roof and the area affected was very small."

"Very well. We returned from vacation to hear animal noises in our chimney, above the flue. Even though it was President's Day Mike and his son came that afternoon promptly at the requested time. They spent 2 hours finding and removing 3 squirrels, and returned the next morning to remove the final, most difficult to fine one. Professional, courteous, and very service-oriented."

I haven't had any issues with them getting in touch, and they give me notice when they're supposed to come about a week in advance. They call to confirm. That's been fine. They give me a range in which they would come, if there's any issues with that we just change it. So that's been nice. They've been good. I have not had any issues with them.
