Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. I've never seen a crew work like them. Wasn't cheap, but the job definitely wasn't easy. I hope Ian the crewleader runs for president."

"My name is Dana Harris. I want to share my experience with Plumb Tite. Nov 5, 2021 I woke up to an over flowing water heater. I googled any and every plumber in the tri-state. No one was available for a same day service call, let alone to install a 50 gallon short HWH to a 3rd floor condo.    Then I called Regan. She listened to every word I said. I relayed the existing size and measurements of what was needed, along with a picture of the layout. (Side note- the other guys that could not get to my service call for 2 wks told me I had to downsize to a 40 gallon. ) Regan found the size and confirmed the availability. She asked if she could call me back, she wanted to check the schedules and see what she could do. She was able to work a miracle and scheduled a same day appointment . I can not thank her enough for her effort and willingness to help me. I was immediately emailed Kennys name and picture.  Just that fast, Kenny was calling, telling me he will be at my house in 10 minutes. I can not express how happy I was to see this man at my door.    My condo is only 12 yrs old, corners were definitely cut during the plumbing process of the build. The water pan was too small. The original plumbers shoved the HWH into that pan, it was tight all the way around. It did not catch the water that was overflowing from the top. The water was running down the unit, over the lip of said pan and all over my floor. NIGHTMARE. Regan and Kenny somehow were able to accommodate my desperate need of same day installation. He left my condo in Harrison Ohio and drove to Independence KY to get the new water heater. The drain on my existing water heater was corroded shut. He had to pump the water out and into 5 gallon buckets. He walked every bucket of water down my steps (again from the 3rd floor) to dump the drained water outside. I asked him a million times if I could help him? Every time he replied with a smile ;no, it is my job. I dunno how he got the old unit out and down the stairs by himself? My job was difficult, time consuming and in my opinion a monumental pain. He had the patience of a saint. Regan and Kenny went above and beyond. They were both so helpful, kind, knowledgeable. They did something for me that no one else could do. I CANNOT thank them enough.   I hope this email gets to the people that need to know how well Plumb Tite Plumbing is represented in Regan and Kenny. I know my email is long. Too often people take time to complain, I wanted to spend my time telling how great your service and your employees are."

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming. Having owned my own business for 25 years, I know the type of service and standards that I want and the people at Logan Services really delivered."
