"Our water heater started to leak Friday around noon . Searched Angi and Espa Rayo came up. Within a few minutes I received a call. They came out just a few hours later and replaced the water heater. The job was done neat and clean, fast and efficient. Very fair price for an emergency. Friendly and personable. I highly recommend Espa Rayo LLC. Will use them again."

"The issue was pilot light would not stay on in the water heater. Not an emergency. Called 2 other plumbers besides Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"

"Our water heater went out 8 pm. Butler was the only company that contacted me that night and offered to have someone sent out. Chose to wait until the next morning (8-830). Received call 730 from John who met me at 815. A second man showed up with the new w.h. and they collectively sized up, installed, and hauled off the old one by 1015 am. Great job Thanks!"

"I called Devon and explained to him briefly about the issues I was experiencing with my hot water running out quickly and he was able to get me scheduled for the same day! He arrived within the hour diagnosed the issue and ended up getting me a brand new water heater at a very affordable price! He even added an additional 10% off as a courtesy due to me being on a fixed income. I would definitely recommend this guy for any of your plumbing needs! 10/10"
