While replacing our soffits and fascia (different project), the contractors discovered that there was a significant amount of deterioration in some of the roof frame, which would have to be replaced before they could complete the job. There was a fair amount of wear and tear to a lot of the underlying plywood, which requited replacing, but this did not slow down the installation crew at all. Daily clean up was meticulous. The bottom line is that Wiedmann stepped up to help us out of a jam, came through with a superlatively-engineered solution and gave us a remarkably fair price (significantly less than all of the estimates that we had received from some other roofers). During the entire process, communication was effortless. I ask a lot of annoying questions and they answered all of them patiently and clearly.
